AI Pedestrian Direction Warning System & Thumb-up Safety LED Display

The Thumbs-Up Safety LED Display is an advanced, dual-confirmation safety system designed for construction sites and various industrial settings such as rail, mining, demolition, and waste management.

By establishing a clear visual and audible communication mechanism between operators and ground workers, it effectively prevents potential hazards like accidental entry, misoperation and collisions around heavy machinery.

The system combines physical segregation, signal confirmation and feedback to establish a closed-loop safety protocol. Additionally, it leverages an AI camera based anti-collision solution that intelligently detects workers within danger zones around moving machinery. When a worker is detected in the danger zones, the system instantly triggers visual and audible alerts for both operator and the worker, ensuring timely awareness and response.

A Safe and Reliable Solution for Operator Interaction in Factory and Machine Environments

The Thumb-Up Safety LED Display is a two-way confirmation safety system designed for construction sites. It helps prevent potential hazards such as accidental entry or misoperation between workers and heavy machinery by establishing a clear visual and audible communication mechanism.

The Thumb-Up Safety LED Display combines physical separation, signal confirmation, and feedback to form a closed-loop safety system between operators and workers, effectively reducing on-site safety risks.

When the vehicle is in operation, the safety shield displays a red LED, prohibiting approach. Workers in the safe zone can signal a thumbs-up to request permission to enter the work zone.

Upon seeing the thumbs-up gesture, the operator will stop the vehicle and press a button inside the cab to activate the green LED thumbs-up display.

Once the green LED thumbs-up display is activated, accompanied by an audible warning — Safe to pass now (customizable message supported), the worker is permitted to safely approach the vehicle.

After the worker finish his communication with the operator and back to the safe zone, the operator will press the button again to activate the red LED thumbs-up display, accompanied by an audible warning — Danger, please stay away (customizable message supported).

The digital thumbs up procedure

When the machine is in operation, the protective sign installed outside the cab will automatically illuminate a red LED light, warning you not to approach.

When you want to approach the machine, give a thumbs-up to the operator within a safe distance to request permission to enter their work area.

Once the operator sees you and confirms that it is safe, they will stop the machine and press the button inside the cab to activate the “Thumb-Up” signal light.

The external indicator will subsequently switch from red to green while emitting an audio instruction, permitting you to approach the machine safely.

Pedestrian/Vehicle Detection and Real-Time Alert

Accurately detects pedestrians and vehicles in the blind spots around the vehicle and provides real-time alerts to the driver. The detection area can be flexibly adjusted based on the vehicle’s actual blind spot coverage.
